The Faith Outreach New Zealand Charitable Trust has been established to support the parent Mission within Orissa India. The work of Faith Outreach NZ is therefore to raise prayer support, to encourage sponsorship for the poor children of Orissa, to encourage financial giving to the many projects underway by Faith Outreach Orissa and to keep sponsors and supporters informed, updated and connected with news from their sponsored child and the projects. The Faith Outreach NZ Board is made up of volunteer staff who have each been to Orissa.
Faith Outeach Orissa India is an organisation aimed at the uplifting of the poor and suffering tribal people of Orissa, India. Founded in 1986, Faith Outreach Orissa is an Indian Government recognized and registered society. To date, the main children's home has over 710 children in full-time care, 7 day-care centres with over 420 children receiving daily support and 4 English medium schools with over 1400 students attending. |
