New Zealand Cross-Cultural Ministry Resources:

Very extensive library resources including several donated missionary collections. Wide range of mission resources, including an extensive journal collection, journal search data bases,videos, CD's and DVD's and online search engines.

Archives of the Baptist Union and Missionary Society

Almost all staff have cross cultural experience having served on 5 different continents- several have specialist interests and research projects in mission and tentmaking areas and several hold positions in various agencies, both national and international.

A resource room available for use by students and staff.

 

New Zealand Cross-Cultural Training Available:

Full missions training program integrated into an applied theology programme and available from a one year certificate level to a three year degree programme. There are also two graduate programmes, one certificate and the other diploma. In addition we work in partnership with BCNZ in the Tyndale -Carey Graduate School with options for research degrees through to doctoral level.

We have the only full length tentmaking course in New Zealand at degree level and this integrates also with a market place track particularly suited to those equipping for service in creative access settings.

We also have staff experienced in advising and mentoring mission settings and for appropriate training for such settings.
